Accepted Answer

In consideration of the services provided by Weltix, the Issuer shall pay an amount corresponding to up to 8% of the capital raised, subject to the successful completion of the fundraising (i.e., Success Fee). The aforementioned amount shall be increased by VAT at the applicable statutory rate and shall be paid by the twentieth day following the completion of the offering.

Weltix integrates ESG parameters (Environmental, Social, and Governance—the three key factors used to measure the sustainability of an investment) into its origination process.

The integration of ESG considerations into Weltix’s analysis and selection process takes place on two distinct levels.

The first involves the systematic exclusion from the investable universe of all business initiatives that violate or negatively impact even one of the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals, as well as companies operating in sectors considered controversial by Weltix, such as tobacco production and/or trade, gambling, and similar activities.

The second involves Weltix’s proactive commitment to preferentially select companies that are aligned with the goals of the 2030 Agenda, while still maintaining the primary objective of offering its community businesses that represent attractive investment opportunities.

In addition, Weltix continuously monitors the ESG compliance of the companies presented on its platform and informs investors through periodic reporting.

The company will be jointly evaluated by Weltix’s investment team in partnership with our network of institutional investors and international top managers. The opportunity will be validated through an analysis of the market and the product, with particular attention to its innovative component.
